The Aviation History Museum Sola is open Tuesday to Sunday at 12-4pm throughout the school summer holidays. At the museums, you can visit three exhibition halls:
- The original museum hangar that the Germans built during World War II
- Torpedo workshop with exhibitions “Tales from the Second World War”
- New exhibition hall that opened on 13 June 2024 with the exhibition “We who flew during the Cold War” and eight fighter jets
Tickets are bought in the original museum hangar. There is also a café that sells ice cream, waffles and cold and hot drinks. You will find toilets in the origianl hangar as well as in the Torpedo workshop.
