The National Garborg Centre is an interactive museum and visitor centre encouraging people’s interest in the ideas and visions of Arne and Hulda Garborg \u2013 two important authors and historic members of society.<\/div>\n<\/header>\n

The centre opened in 2012 as one of the main facilities of J\u00e6rmuseet. It is\u00a0a national learning arena to promote the interest in the author Arne Garborg and his wife Hulda, and their vision and thoughts.<\/p>\n

The center inspires community involvement and the interest for literature, to read and create, and\u00a0is a social meeting place. Nasjonalt Garborgsenter\u00a0is a living center for democracy, knowledge and creativity. It reaches a wide audience, with teenagers and young adults as the main target group.<\/p>\n

The centre is located above Time library, Hetlandsgata 11, 4344 Bryne.<\/p>\n
