Tungenes Fyr is located on the northern edge of Jæren. The lighthouse has helped sailors for more than 180 years to get safely in to Stavanger. Today, Tungenes is a cultural lighthouse with many activities. In the lighthouse building, you can experience how the keeper and his family lived in the 1930s, and in the shed there are various themed exhibitions. The cafè offers homecooked meals.
